A Delicious Chocolate Smoothie that You can Make in Minutes

- 2 cups rice milk, almond milk or coconut milk
- *4 majool dates (with pit removed)and finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. of organic cocoa powder or raw cacao powder*
- optional: 1 tsp flax seed oil (can add for Omega 3 benefits- does not change flavor)
- *date substitute with honey, black strap molasses or brown rice syrup in place of the dates
- 1 cup of ice
Blend ingredients until smooth. Makes enough for 2 large glasses or 4 smaller cups. Enjoy the delicious chocolaty taste with this smoothie with wholesome nutrition for your health. Your body will thank you for it.
