The primary ingredients is water. Clean, pure water. We are doing so much to take care of ourselves and putting into our bodies only good foods. I am personally committed to eating mostly organic, non-gmo foods, and as much as I can from my garden and the farmers market.

Every morning I fill a pitcher with my filtered water, add some herbs/fruits and put in the refrigerator to have available for drinking throughout the day.
