The juicing benefits of fruits and vegetables is such a rejuvenating drink as well as easy on your digestive system. Your body knows the difference between what is healthful and what is not. When I developed this mindset of the juicing benefits it helped me to plan to make juicing a part of my daily repertoire. I began to look forward to this afternoon pick me up. The body knows and craves what is good for it.

For starters, the amount of nutrients that you can consume in a refreshing juice are better for you than anything that you can take in a pill form. When you take in quality food nutrients, you feel good and have good energy. Your skin glows and yes, some have experienced the orange glow from juicing mega carrots. In a matter of minutes you can enjoy a healthy and delicious drink and know that you would more than likely never sit down and eat a pile of carrots and celery in a day. But put them all in a juicer and you will feel the natural uplift as your body drinks in the wonderful nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables. You just might get hooked, and what an awesome drink to get hooked on! The juice that is extracted from fruits and vegetables has such a refreshing taste when you find the right combination that you like. There are so many variations that you can use it can be limitless the different concoctions that you can make. One of the great juicing benefits is that the machine does most of the work that your body would normally do in the digestion process. The cellulose fiber is broken down in the juicer and the juice that is left is full of nutrients that are quickly absorbed into the body so the stomach won't need to break down all the fiber in the produce for you. This is a great way to put some raw food into your system that you might not be getting into your diet. The enzymes in uncooked fruits and vegetables are higher than when they are subjected to heat. So the body gets a boost of energy from the live enzymes and that is one of the best juicing benefits. When your body doesn't have to work as hard in digesting the fibers from these powerhouses your body gets the added benefits of assimilating the foods in a very simple process. Several of the holistic clinics use juicing as one of the protocols to help their patients heal from various ailments because it is easier on the system.* It is best to get your vitamins, minerals, fiber, and proteins from foods. So the juicing benefits helps make it even easier as you drink down a glass loaded with good nutrients.
Most people can enjoy a homemade juice or two a day. However, be aware that certain fruits and vegetables can have a higher sugar content and can cause the blood sugar to spike, such as carrots, apples and beets. You can dilute the juice with some water to help cut down on the amount of fruit sugar you may ingest if this is a concern. It is also good to add a little protein with your drink like some almonds to help keep your blood sugar stable. I hope you will consider adding fresh juices to your daily diet. Look for a quality juicer that you can afford and find it a place so you will use it. When we took up juicing, we decided that we would put the coffee pot away since it is a stimulant that is not healthy for you. So that space can be used for a juicer.
