Juicing For Life is a Great Choice

Will juicing for life really make any difference in my life? If you were to ask people who have been doing it for many years, their answer would be a definite yes. People like Jack LeLanne, Jay Kordich The Juice daddy, Mike Adams, Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, and the list goes on.

If you were to study the benefits of juicing from those that have done it for many years, you cannot help but notice that these people have a vibrancy for life and a healthy overall appearance. Isn't that how we all want to be?

Juicing for life can be a simple goal that you make to include more fruits and vegetables into your daily life. You can do this by juicing a few carrots, celery, apples, spinach or kale and within minutes have this rejuvenating drink that you know is supplying your body with fresh and natural foods.

Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables is the richest available food source of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes according to Cherie Calbom author of "Juice For Life." I agree with Cherie when she says you just can't eat enough raw fruits and vegetables in a day to nourish your body properly.

Knowing that I could not eat enough of raw fruits and vegetables on a daily basis is why I made a conscious habit to implement juicing for life into my lifestyle. Just like I make the habit to be active each day because it is good for me and it makes me feel good.

Remember the way we feel really does come about from how we live each day. All the little things that we do add up, the good habits and the bad.

So if you choose to embark on this natural health drink, know that you are making juicing for life an investment in your self and for your family.

Even though most of our lives are pretty busy these days we may think we can't make the time the to juice everyday. But it really is quite simple if you plan ahead and keep some carrots, apples and celery in the fridge ready to wash and juice. There is no substitute in a bottle.

The commercial juice companies have been growing as more and more people realize there are health benefits to drinking beverages that are nutritious as well as naturallyenergizing. However, bottled juices are not the type of juices that are as good for you as the one's that you can make at home.

There are so many man made drinks out there and filled with added sugars and preservatives. Knowing that you made a fresh drink from natural produce beats any beverage out there other than pure water.

Ideally you would want to pick fresh fruits and vegetables either from the garden or a local farmer and make the juice right away. Many people may not have the luxury of being able to get this fresh of produce. The next best choice would be at the organic section of your grocery store or health food store.
